Creating a Web Presence and managing a web campaign for the Panchayat Academy (2002)

Kuthambakkam Panchayat Leader, Sri. Elango has launched many new innovations in his village including the launch of the Panchayat Academy. The initial web presence for the Panchayat Academy, along with a web based campaign for popularising the panchayats to coincide with his lecture trip to USA was done by SAMANVAYA.
