Consulting for building knowledge systems and processes within a project to provide it with strategic edge towards fostering innovation among rural areas, student communities as well as network agencies, was provided between October 2007 and March 2008. The engagement involved conducting challenge mapping exercise for the project, help create on-line strategies and presence apart from assessing knowledge gaps and designing knowledge systems.
