could be adopted to develop innovative ideas in their work place
and how they could implement these ideas without much extra resource
utilisation or further manpower need.
Feedback
Sri. Sivakumar, Secretary, Gandhigram said that the staff benefited
immensely from the programme and that they were able to realise
the scope and opportunities in their work.
The teachers from Thambithottam
Higher Secondary school were very enthusiastic about the idea
of starting a Quality Circle in the school itself and involving
the students in a group activity to think about their school, campus
and how to improve its functioning.
One of the younger participants, Suresh Kumar, Watershed Programme
gave the feedback that the workshop made him realise how little
he has observed the small details around the workplace and in daily
routine, and that he would make a conscious effort to simply observe
and be sensitive.
