This study was carried out between July - Nov 2007 as an part-assessment, part-process documentation effort to record the process adopted by the CELL (Coastal Enterprises and Livelihood League) network partners in addressing coastal conservation imperatives through enterprise route. An assessment and process record report was submitted to the CELL coordination team in March 2008
