Development Organisation Documentation and Re-engineering, 2004-06

Samanvaya was involved in documenting the organisational growth process and re-engineering the organisational systems and processes for a development organisation with over a decade of experience in working with rural communities on strengthening their traditional knowledge and social systems, towards addressing the changing neeeds of the development sector. This project was initiated in December 2004 and consisted of 3 phases:
Phase I: Study and Assessment
Phase II: Propose Systems and Processes
Phase III: Implement / Modify Processes and Review
