Provided a project centered organisational process and structure for Auroville Water Services, Auroville so as to enable them to effectively manage their developmental initiatives in the Kuluvelly watershed in about 200 villages. Also, trained their staff in project centered work culture and provided research inputs for their organic farming efforts.
