One person created a simple map of India with distance marked from various state capitals to the relief area and made it available on the internet for reference. Someone else put together all the working phone lines,...this is a VIBRANT KNOWLEDGE SOCIETY and it seems to create its knowledge in times of distress almost subconscisouly.”
